Jeremy Bradley (Cheltenham) had a comfortable win in 20.38 from Will Ferguson (CLC) and Luke Herbert (Glos AC).
Pete Stephens got the better of team mates Dave Lander and James Rose in the battle for fifth, sixth and seventh places.
Severn won the team with Tom Meheran (11th), Ian Overthrow (12th) and George Scully (31st).
Michelle Stark (Glos AC) was 1st woman in 27.06 with Angels taking the team title.
