Triathlete Garry Hughes (Dursley) was second with Severn's Gary Hope fourth to retain his county Vet40 title.

Severn retained their county team title with James Rose (12th) confirming his recent fine form and Kyran Hale won the U15 county title.

Simon Fortnam (18th) ran steadily throughout with the team closed off by Oliver Starkey (26th) in a new PB of 17.42.
