Severn Athletic Clubs team in the Hereford New Years Day 10Km finished second behind Wye Valley. James Rose led the team home in seventh in a winters best of 36mins 10seconds . Ian Smith won the over 45 prize in 36mins 40 seconds for eighth overall and Andy Norman improved by over a minute on 2009 when second over 55 in 42.12, 24th overall. |
